Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing the service, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

Use of the Service

You may use Sentinel only for lawful purposes and in accordance with provided documentation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

Accounts & Security

You must provide accurate registration information and promptly report unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that threaten the security or availability of the platform.

Fees & Billing

Paid plans require an active billing profile. Charges are handled via Paddle or a mutually agreed invoicing process. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Intellectual Property

Companions Corp retains all rights, title, and interest in the Sentinel platform. You retain ownership of data you input, granting us a limited license to host and process it for service delivery.

Termination

Either party may terminate for convenience with written notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you materially breach these terms.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Companions Corp’s liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled by competent courts in that jurisdiction.
